Model Drilldown
The Model Drilldown screen allows a user to explore the Projects, Appraisals & Assets that are grouped under the Model itself.
A Permission is required to view the Model Drilldown screen. Please speak to your internal administrator to enable the following permission:
AA_Appraisal_Models_Drilldown
The Model Drilldown screen title will display the Name of the Model that you’ve drilled down into and a back link “Models” in orange, which will allow a user to navigate back to the Models screen.
The Model Drilldown screen is comprised of three tabs:
Assets
The Model → Assets Tab collects together all of the Assets that have been assigned to all of the Projects that are linked to the current Model.
This tab will display general information about an Asset e.g.
From this tab a user can easily navigate to a specific Asset using the “Magnifying Glass” button on the left-hand side of the grid per row/Asset.
Clicking on the “Magnifying Glass” button will take the user to the Appraisal Asset Synopsis screen where more detailed information about the Asset can be viewed & edited.
The only method of adding or removing an Asset from this tab is to add or remove it from the Model → Project → Project Assets screen.
Projects
The Model → Projects Tab collects together all of the Projects that have been linked to the current Model.
This tab will display general information about a Project e.g.

Start Date
Locked Status
Last Updated

Clicking on the “Magnifying Glass” button will take the user to the Project Drilldown screen where more detailed information about;
Project → Appraisals
Project → Financials
Project → Financial Groups
Project → Financial Settings
Project → Years
Project → Strategic Categories
Project → Strategic Ratings
The only method of adding or removing a Project from this tab is to add or remove it from the Projects screen.
Appraisals
The Model → Appraisals Tab collects together all of the Appraisals that have been created under the Projects that have been linked to the current Model.
This tab will display general information about an Appraisal e.g.

Project (the Project that the Appraisal belongs to)
Locked Status
Last Updated
