Works - Asset Tab
The Asset details section is accessed through the Asset Tab within Asprey Contracts.
The works tab comprises of three sections:
Firstly, select the asset to be worked on by clicking the “Select Asset” button.
The asset explorer will appear to search for the required asset. See the section on searches for more details. Once the required asset is found, click the “use” button to load the details.
This will then show the details for the asset selected.
Works
The Works section allows users to view, edit and complete works for the selected asset.
Edits and addition of costs can only be conducted on non-completed works.
One the required works are selected from the lower grid, actions can be made using the icons at the top of the grid.
Icon | Description |

 | This allows for the component action date and status to be edited. |
 | This allows for a cost to be added to the component - see the section on works costs for more details |
 | This allows for a bespoke cost to be added to the component - see the section on works costs for more details |
 | View any service actions related to the component survey |
 | View, upload, download and delete any files associated with the selected row |
 | view/add notes for the selected row. |
Repairs
The repairs tab is only accessible when non-completed works are selected in the lower grid. It will be greyed out when not available.
The Repairs section shows all SOR and Bespoke cost data held against the selected asset.

Surveys
The Surveys tab is only accessible when non-completed works are selected in the lower grid. It will be greyed out when not available.
Asset Surveys
The Asset Survey allows users to answer questions at an asset level against the chosen asset where a survey has been set up.
Component Surveys
The Asset Survey allows users to answer questions at an asset level against the chosen asset where a survey has been set up.
Repair Surveys
The Repair Survey allows users to answer questions at the repair level against the chosen asset where a survey has been set up.
