27.5 EDIT SURVEY ACTION PLANS

The Action Plan screen is shown when adding a new action plan to the Asset Safety survey question or editing an existing action plan.

Note: If a repair is associated with the action plan the Condition year, Quantity, Location And Surveyor are required.

Note: If the action taken is edited the Date and Taken By are required.

Note: The priority and date are only available for editing is the correct permission is enabled

:CancelButton: Cancels the changes to the action plan
