14.1 ADD HHSRS SURVEY

The Add HHSRS Asset Survey screen is shown when adding a new survey.

One of each of the property Type, HMO and Property Age needs to be selected and a Survey Date selected.

:CancelButton: Cancels the new HHSRS survey changes
