13 HHSRS SURVEY DATA SCREEN

The HHSRS Surveys screen allows the survey data for the hazards to be displayed for the date range. Once displayed the hazards can be updated dependent on the user’s permissions.

Required Date: The date to show the surveys from.

To: The date to show the surveys to.

Address: To find an address use the grid search bar to filter the data as required.

Hazard: Filters the displayed results to only show the hazards selected.

Band: Filters the displayed results to only show the bands selected.

Action: Filters the displayed results to only show the actions selected, or all surveys.

Status: Filters the displayed results to only show the status selected, or all surveys

:UpdateIcon: Allows the selected hazard survey to be updated. This option is available for users with the correct permission.

:usersIcon: Allows filtering of the surveys to show only your surveys or all surveys. When selected you will be able to see the surveys of all users.

:ExportActionPlan: Exports all surveys to Excel for the date range and address.
