Asbestos Survey - Add / Edit Assessment

The Edit Asbestos Assessment screen allows an assessment to be edited. The surveyor carrying out the assessment, the date and survey type can be selected. The Asbestos Present is calculated from the samples and cannot be edited directly. The report number and scope are option.

	Returns to the previous screen.
	Saves any changes and returns to the previous screen.
	Cancels the changes and returns to the previous screen.
