Action Plan - File Screen

The Edit File screen allows a new or edited action plan file to have its comments collected

Comment:

Can be any comment regarding the file.

File:

The file name.

Save Location:

Show the location the file is saved in and can be ignored.

	Returns to the previous screen.
	Saves any changes and returns to the previous screen.
	Cancels the changes and returns to the previous screen.
