The Add File Attachment screen is shown when adding a new file to the Legionella assessment, or editing an existing file, that is based on the local server.

Note: File names must be unique per Legionella assessment as they are stored in the same folder.

:UseButton: Saves the changes to the file

:CancelButton: Cancels the changes to the file
