8.13 HHSRS ASSET HAZARDS

This report shows the HHSRS hazards for a selected asset survey.

Select HHSRS Survey: Allows the address and HHSRS survey to be selected to report on.

Address: Shows the selected address.

Survey: Shows the selected survey and date.

Action: The HHSRS rating action required type to report on. If this is set to All then any surveys are shown.

Status: The HHSRS status type to report on. If this is set to All then any surveys are shown.

Generate: Starts the report.
